The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a message. These details are sent to Gary so he can respond and discuss your project. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and, where appropriate, take steps towards working together. It is not used to add you to a marketing list or sold to other businesses.
Why the information is used
Project enquiries are handled to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. General correspondence and security checks are handled for the legitimate interests of responding to questions and running a reliable, secure website. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but a reply needs a working contact address.

The site uses essential session and security cookies to protect the enquiry form and display validation or confirmation messages. This version does not include advertising cookies, analytics trackers or embedded social media.
Hosting and email systems may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate the website, deliver enquiries and investigate faults or abuse.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting work or record-keeping obligations. You can contact Gary to ask about the information held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable.
